Product Overview
Sodium Sulphate Anhydrous 99% AR/ACS (CAS No. 7757-82-6) is a neutral sulphate salt used in conventional analytical reagent and sample-preparation chemistry. Its anhydrous form can serve as a drying agent for suitable organic extracts, while sulphate ions provide a basis for precipitation and method-development studies involving sparingly soluble metal sulphates. The absence of acidic hydrogen distinguishes it from sodium bisulphate.
The AR/ACS grade is intended for analytical sample drying, sulphate reagent preparation, precipitation chemistry and laboratory QC. It may be used to prepare non-certified sulphate working solutions or to dry organic phases before instrumental or wet-chemical analysis. The stated 99% assay does not imply certified sulphate-standard status or a defined water-absorption capacity.

Storage Conditions
Keep tightly closed and dry to preserve the anhydrous character and drying functionality. Use clean analytical handling to minimise moisture and soluble-salt contamination.
