Detailed information about the product
Product Overview
Water Deionized (CAS No. 7732-18-5) is water that has undergone treatment intended to reduce dissolved ionic species through deionisation processes. Removal of cationic and anionic contaminants makes deionised water useful for reagent preparation, rinsing and general laboratory operations where ordinary tap-water ions would interfere. Deionisation primarily addresses ionic contamination and does not by itself establish sterility, low organic carbon or chromatographic-grade performance.
Deionized Water is intended for routine laboratory solution preparation, dilution, washing, rinsing and general aqueous chemistry requiring reduced ionic background. Its purification by ion removal makes it particularly useful where dissolved mineral ions could interfere with reagent systems or laboratory processes.

Storage Conditions
Keep tightly closed and protect from recontamination by atmospheric, container-derived and laboratory ionic species. Maintain clean dispensing systems because deionised water can readily acquire contaminants after purification.
